PlayerUnknown Discusses the Future of Battlegrounds

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (You may know it as ‘PUBG’) is the latest game to build it’s hype largely from streamers and Youtubers. The battle royale game draws thousands of viewers every single day, and recently hit highs of 50,000 during it’s first official tournament, with all proceeds going to the Gamers Outreach charity. Just days after announcing two millions sales (with the game still in early access), the man behind the moniker, Brendan “PlayerUnknown” Greene appeared on the Daily Download to talk about the game, the charity invitational, and the potential future of a battle royale esports genre.
