GINX+ is a way for you to help support our team as well as gaining access to additional members only videos, articles and website benefits.
Yes and No. We have a variety of membership tiers and they each offer different benefits.
Our paid subscription tiers are run through Patreon, a platform that will be familiar to numerous gamers. All payment details will be handled through Patreon, meaning GINX does not store any of your payment information.
You can cancel any time through the Patreon account management page (be it on desktop, the app, or mobile web). If you cancel within your subscription period, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the day your next payment would have been taken. There are no cancellation charges.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and all subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next renewal date.
Patreon-only articles, videos and more will be locked and only available to users once they have signed in on the GINX website with their Patreon account. Certain benefits will remain locked if users do not have a high enough Patreon subscription.
You can change your membership tier whenever you’d like on Patreon’s website, app or mobile website.
You should instantly unlock the perks of your new tier. Should you have any issues, please contact us on support@ginx.tv for further help.
In the future we plan to allow subscribes to pay for a discounted annual membership through Patreon. However, at launch this option is not available until we have reached certain parameters. We plan to update users on these changes in the future.
