This comes as publisher Electronic Arts, developers Respawn Entertainment, and Bit Reactor announced their latest project, Star Wars Zero Company, which will be presented for the first time to the general public at the event.
This past week, the forthcoming gaming release was announced in a joint statement by the publisher and developers and posted to the official EA Star Wars news site and social media. Avid Star Wars fans can anticipate more information about Star Wars Zero Company at Star Wars Celebration, where they teased that a "first look" for the game will be unveiled.
Star Wars Zero Company is an upcoming "single-player turn-based" tactical game from EA, Respawn Entertainment, Bit Reactor, and Lucasfilm Games, which will be launching for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S consoles. As of writing, no release date can be confirmed, and it's possible we may get a release window announced at a panel discussion at Star Wars Celebration on 19th April 2025.
Similarly, it was revealed in the announcement that Star Wars fans and turn-based tactical players can be treated to the "first look" for Star Wars Zero Company, which could potentially be an official Reveal Trailer. As such, fans and players alike are eager to learn more about the game's lore and where this game takes place in the Star Wars canonical timeline.
It's worth mentioning that EA and Respawn Entertainment are currently in development on the third and final entry in the Star Wars Jedi gaming series, which is being confirmed to be a trilogy.
