Marvel Rivals' Spider-Man Will Have No Problem Finding Home In MCU-Inspired Cosmetic Skin

It's official! We're one week, seven days away from the launch of Marvel Rivals to consoles and PCs this December, and players certainly have plenty to be thankful for. With new playable heroes, new maps, and developer updates keeping players in the loop on what to anticipate ahead of release, the daily news announcements continue across its official channels.

Another playable hero is featured in the latest daily news announcements for Marvel Rivals, and this character is most certainly ready for some Multiversal action in-game. Unsurprisingly, this character happened to have entangled with the Multiverse before in live-action appearances, as our favorite web-slinger gains a cosmetic skin inspired by his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

As mentioned before, we're one week away from the launch of Marvel Rivals as players are getting ready to "ignite the battle" with friends and other players across consoles and PCs. The daily news announcements continue to roll into a new day alongside an accompanying Rivals Assemble video featuring the day's spotlighted character, to which our favorite neighborhood web-slinger swings into action.

The latest Rivals Assemble video features Peter Parker / Spider-Man as the Duelist-classed hero is getting prepared to help his allies in battle across the Multiverse. And speaking of the Multiverse, the character's latest cosmetic skin reveal, which was announced across the official Marvel Rivals social media accounts, drew inspiration from one of Spidey's best live-action appearances as his skin is based on the same design that appeared in 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home.

While this skin does not include the other Spider-Men, sadly, Spidey mains can web-sling into action with this spider-rific cosmetic, which will be available to acquire in-game. As we await the global release of Marvel Rivals in seven days, we have yet to determine how players can get this skin, for which we'll update this page once the game launches on 6th December 2024.
