Marvel Rivals has reached new heights in Season 2 with the arrival of Emma Frost—everyone’s (especially my) favorite Vanguard Rival—and a wave of fresh features to keep the game exciting. One addition that might’ve slipped under the radar, but deserves a spotlight, is the new Gifting system. This feature lets players share skins with friends and help each other complete their collections. If you're curious about how it all works, keep reading—we’re breaking down everything you need to know about gifting skins in Marvel Rivals.
How to Gift Skins in Marvel Rivals
If you want to surprise a friend with their favorite hero’s new outfit, here’s how to gift a skin or bundle:
- Launch Marvel Rivals.
- Head to the Store tab.
- Select the bundle or skin you want to gift.
- Click the Gift option next to the price.
- Choose your recipient.
- Add a special message (optional).
- Confirm by selecting the price option.
- Your friend will receive the skin or bundle instantly.
At the time of writing, all store skins are giftable, meaning you can send any cosmetic item from your inventory to another player, as long as it's available in the shop.
Gifting Rules and Requirements
There are a few important details to be aware of before you start spreading the love:
- Gifts must be purchased with Lattices, not Units.
- You’ll need to buy Lattices with real money, as Units cannot be converted for gifting purposes.
- Your account must be at least Level 10 to use the gifting feature.
- You can only send up to 5 gifts per day.
- Battle Pass, ranked, and event-exclusive skins are not giftable.
- Gifts are non-refundable once sent.
As more skins are released in future updates, they’ll also be eligible for gifting—so if your friend has their eye on that sleek Magik skin or the elegant new Emma Frost look but can’t get it themselves, you can help them out. With such a stunning selection of cosmetics, this feature is sure to brighten anyone’s day in Marvel Rivals.
