Fortnite seems set to return to one of their popular anime collaborations, bringing a second wave of skins to the My Hero Academia collection. According to leaks, this new wave will arrive later this season, bringing three more characters into the world of Fortnite.
This wouldn't be the first time that Fortnite has rolled out a second wave for one of their popular anime collaborations. Part 2 of the Naruto collection saw the likes of Gaara enter the Fortnite Island, while a second wave of Dragon Ball skins added in Piccolo and Gohan. Perhaps it's no surprise that My Hero Academia, an anime with a vast selection of colorful characters, is getting a few more additions to the Fortnite collaboration.
Wave 1 saw Deku, Bakugo, Uraraka, and All Might receive Fortnite skins. Despite the addition of Deku and Bakugo, there was one character missing from 'The New Big 3' — Shoto Todoroki. This popular 'half-hot, half-cold' character was noticeably absent from the collaboration the first time around, so will he make his way to Fortnite in Wave 2?
Update 12 September: This article has been updated with the latest leaks and rumors.
When Does Shoto Todoroki Come To Fortnite?
According to leaker @LeafsMatrix on X (Twitter), who had previously correctly leaked the Khaby Lame and Ahsoka skins joining Fortnite as part of the Chapter 4 Season 4 Battle Pass, the following MHA characters are getting Fortnite skins:
- Shoto Todoroki (Shoto)
- Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot)
- Mina Ashido (Pinky)
While Epic Games has yet to confirm the second part of the My Hero Academia collaboration, it is expected to drop later today with the v26.10 update. Meaning that Shoto Todoroki should arrive in Fortnite during Chapter 4 Season 4.
Like most collaborations and bundles, Shoto will likely also come with some additional cosmetics. At the time of writing, it's unclear what these additional cosmetics will be.
