To help you out, I've gone and ranked every unit from the absolute best to the worst.

What Is The Best Unit In Stud Tower Defense? | Roblox

The best unit is probably Viper, to be really honest. Viper deals percentage-based damage depending on the HP of the enemy. For example, if an enemy unit has 100 HP, it means Viper will deal 12 damage (equal to 12% of the max HP at Level 5). But if the enemy only has 50 HP, then Viper will do 6 damage.

Compared to Echo, Viper is also very cheap for a Celestial unit in Stud Tower Defense. It costs 75$ to place a Level 1 unit, scaling up to 800$ for a Level 5 tower. Grappler is another excellent option. It's cheap and stuns enemies, giving you more time for your units to deal damage.

Here's my ranking of every unit in Stud Tower Defense. I know you might not agree with some of these placements, but that's okay. It's really up to your playstyle. For example, Rain Dancer is more of a support tower (it slows enemies), so it might not fit a more aggressive run-and-gun setup.

Similarly, Echo might seem like a great option because it can clone nearby towers, but only if you have strong units around it. Just remember it can't clone Drummer, Shop Keeper, or A Bad Dream, else it would be kind of broken.
