• Chests and Heist Bags: You can find the Shield Breaker EMP Grenades in all the usual spots, including Chests and Heist Bags.
• Floor Loot: They can also be found as Floor Loot.
• Purchase from NPC: Additionally, you can purchase the Grenade from the "Mae" non-player character (NPC) for 50 Gold.
• New POIs on Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's map: Since Heist Bags are restricted almost solely to the new POIs on Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's map, your best bet is to search Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipsed Estate.

Remember, Shield Breaker EMP Grenades come in threes, and you can hold up to six per inventory slot.

Fortnite: How To Easily Disable A Moving Vehicle Using Shield Breaker EMP Grenades

Here are the steps to easily complete this challenge:

• Find a parked vehicle and an EMP Grenade.
• Stand close to the vehicle once you find them.
• Then, put a marker 20 meters in front of you, look all the way up, and throw the EMP Grenade.
• After throwing the Grenade, quickly enter the car and start to drive towards the marker slowly.

The Grenade should land exactly on top of your car, disabling the moving vehicle. If it's tough for you, then we have a workaround. While driving your vehicle, switch to the passenger seat and throw the EMP grenade on your vehicle. After that, the challenge will be marked as completed, and you'll receive a 20,000 XP reward.
