There has been so much exciting action in Fortnite over the last few weeks for players to enjoy during the holiday season. Chapter 3 arrived with a bang and shortly after the new season started, the Winterfest promotion was back for another run.
Among the new content that arrived with Winterfest 2021, free presents have been available to unlock and are always welcomed by players. Now that December has passed, most players have opened what they think are all the free gifts, but their screens show there is still one more present.
Here's how to open the last present in Fortnite Winterfest after some players were having trouble finding the last gift.
Where is the last present in Fortnite Winterfest?
The Winterfest promotion brought a new tab to the main Fortnite menu, allowing players to enter the Winterfest Lodge. Inside the lodge, players can unwrap presents to unlock free rewards like outfits, gliders, back bling, and more.
Winterfest presents are free, but players were only able to unlock limited quantities per day as December rolled along, encouraging them to check back in the lodge. While most players have unlocked all the visible gifts, their screen still shows there is one more gift to unwrap in the Winterfest Lodge.
The issue is at least significant enough that Epic Games have made an announcement to fans regarding the final Winterfest gift, here's what they had to say:
Already opened all your presents but still see one extra present left to open? Sit tight, we're working on that. 🎁

While there is no known way to unwrap the final Winterfest present at the moment, it does seem as though this is not a glitch and that there is another present coming. The Winterfest promotion ends on 6th January, so expect to see or hear something from Epic Games ahead of then.
