Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is just around the corner and that means not only an abundance of new content but also a new competitive season for those of you who like to prove that they are the best among the best.

FNCS Chapter 2 Season 6 has just concluded, and Epic is now revealing plans for the next competitive season, FNCS Chapter 2 Season 7.

The company states that they have been quite satisfied with how things went in the previous season, and going forward they want to create a more or less standardized system that will make sure that players will know what they can expect with each new competitive season.

That's why FNCS Chapter 2 Season 7 will come with just a few changes, a few minor tweaks based on feedback and observations from the previous season, while everything else will remain more or less the same.

FNCS Chapter 2 Season 7 schedule

Season 7 FNCS will start on 20 July and will last for about 40 days consisting of 3 qualifiers, bye week, semi-finals, reboot round, and finals.

The Season 7 FNCS Finals will conclude on 5th September. Here’s the full schedule:

Qualifier 1: Middle East - 29-31 July. All other regions - 30 July - 1 August.
Bye Week: 5-8 August
Qualifier 2: Middle East - 12-14 August. All other regions - 13-15 August.
Qualifier 3: Middle East - 19-22 August. All other regions - 20-22 August.
Semi-Finals: Middle East - 27 August. All other regions - 28 August.
Reboot Round: Middle East - 28 August. All other regions - 29 August.
Finals: Middle East - 3-4 September. All other regions - 4-5 September.

FNCS Chapter 2 Season 7 Qualifiers

Rules and format of Qualifiers will remain roughly the same as in Season 6, with a few minor adjustments:

Oceania will have slightly fewer teams advancing from Round 1 to Round 2
Series Points will become more valuable.

Other stages, including Semi-Finals, Reboot Round, and Finals, will keep exactly the same rules and format as in Season 6. In addition, the top 3 teams from the previous FNCS Finals are advancing straight to the next season’s FNCS Finals.
