WePlay! Valorant Invitational: Schedule, Format, Prize Pool, Qualifiers, Teams and how to watch

WePlay, a popular esports tournament platform, is entering Valorant's competitive scene with the WePlay! Valorant Invitational tournament.

WePlay! Valorant Invitational is a part of the Ignition Series, a series of tournaments organized by third party companies in partnership with Riot Games, with the focus on building the competitive ecosystem.

Six teams received direct invites to the tournament, while two remaining spots are reserved for two best teams from the Open Qualifiers.

Before the main event, Open Qualifiers will be held to determine the two best teams who will join 6 invited teams.

- Single-elimination bracket

- Best-of-1 matches, finals Best-of-3

- The winner of each qualifier will secure their place on the main event.

Valorant WePlay! Invitational Format

• Group Stage: 
• Six invited teams and two winners of the qualifiers will compete for a place in playoffs. All the matches will be played in the Swiss system.
  • Top four teams advance to the Playoffs
  • All matches Bo3
• Playoffs: 4 teams Single Elimination bracket
  • All matches Bo3

Valorant WePlay! Invitational Prize Pool

Six invited teams and two teams that make it through Open Qualifiers will compete for a prize pool of $50,000.

The tournament's prize pool distribution is:

• 1st place - $25,000
• 2nd place - $15,000
• 3rd place - $5,000
• 4th place - $5,000
