Whether it is The Hood's negative two-power or a zero-power Rock, Viper is the Santa Claus of Marvel Snap delivering coal to your naughty opponents. Because Viper's ability is niche and relies on having another card in play in order to activate her ability, decks that include Viper are few and far between. However, there are several decks out there that include Viper and can do severe damage.

Best Viper Decks In Marvel Snap
The best Viper decks in Marvel Snap are those that can use her ability to give your opponent a useless card. Viper is almost always used along with The Hood because giving your opponent a useless Rock is good, but giving them a negative-two power Rock is even better. In this regard, Viper is actually a five-power card as she actively removes The Hood from your side of the board.
Viper is great in Junk decks that seek to clutter the board or in Hazmat decks that have a similar game plan with more of a combo-oriented finish.
Junk Deck
Junk decks try to add as many useless cards to your opponent's side of the board as possible. Limiting the available spaces for your opponent to play cards makes it much easy to assess the total power they can put into play at any location. Additionally, by forcing your opponent to play in specific lanes, they become very easy to counter with cards like Shang-Chi.
Viper does the same thing here as she does anywhere else. Play The Hood on turn two and Viper The Hood to your opponent on turn two.
Junk Deck List:

Hazmat Deck

However, the finisher for this deck is to use a combination of Hazmat, Wong, Odin, and Mystique to reduce the power of your enemy's cards while keeping your own cards safe, thanks to Luke Cage.
