The premiere of the new animated series from the League of Legends universe "Arcane" is getting closer, as Riot has released new details about its plot and development in recent weeks.
Now, just three weeks away from its global launch, the Summoner’s Rift team has released some of the content that will arrive during the 2022 Preseason, which will include the addition of two types of dragons and two new skins for a pair of Piltover champions.
Arcane Vi and Jayce skins revealed
As with the global event of the Ruined King, the premiere of Arcane will be present in all Riot Games titles, starting of course with League of Legends.
That said, Riot decided to unveil the designs of the new skins for both Vi and Jayce, champions who will play a crucial role in the history of the animated series.
Below you can see both skins in action, as well as their official splash art revealed today.
Arcane Vi
Arcane Jayce
As you can see, both skins are based on the aesthetic of these champions within the animated series, with a younger and more rebellious Vi, and an elegant and imposing Jayce.
Riot will give more information on how to obtain these skins soon, however, these won’t be available to buy in the in-game store, but as rewards for a special event.
For now, you can already try both skins within League’s PBE, while it’s expected another one will also be announced for Jinx, another of the protagonists from Arcane.
Arcane will be released on 6th November, exclusively on Netflix and via Tencent video in China, while the new skins will be available on 3rd November with League’s patch 11.22.
