The LEC Spring Finals 2020 have been moved from Budapest to Berlin, Germany due to concerns around the Coronavirus.
Set to take place on the 25-26th April, the LEC Spring Finals 2020 will now be staged in the LEC Studio in Berlin instead of an arena in Budapest, to “ensure the safety of players and fans”.
A statement on their official website reads: “After carefully assessing the situation, we believe that holding the event in a smaller setting and a more controlled environment is the right call.
“While we currently plan to host a live audience in the Berlin studio, we will continue to monitor the situation and work with local health officials to ensure the safety of players and fans, and will revisit this decision if necessary.”
