League of Legends patch schedule 2022: Release date of all the major updates

Riot Games releases patches for League of Legends twice a month to introduce new content in the game, including events, skins, etc., along with balance changes, gameplay improvements and more.

To inform players about their plans, the publisher releases a patch schedule every year, listing the dates on which they will be pushing out updates. In the same way, the 2022 patch schedule of League of Legends has been made available.

League of Legends will be receiving its next major patch 12.1, in January 2022 and here is the complete timetable of all the updates:

• 12.2 - 20th January, 2022
• 12.3 - 2nd February, 2022
• 12.4 - 16th February, 2022
• 12.5 - 2nd March, 2022
• 12.6 - 30th March, 2022
• 12.7 - 13th April, 2022
• 12.8 - 27th April, 2022
• 12.9 - 11th May, 2022
• 12.10 - 25th May, 2022
• 12.11 - 8th June, 2022
• 12.12 - 23rd June, 2022
• 12.13 - 13th July, 2022
• 12.14 - 27th July, 2022
• 12.15 - 10th August, 2022
• 12.16 - 24th August, 2022
• 12.17 - 8th September, 2022
• 12.18 - 21st September, 2022

Sometimes a patch can be delayed due to various reasons, and in that case, Riot will notify the players about it on their League of Legends support page and social media.
