Riot has released all the info about the new update that will arrive to League of Legends on 13th April, belonging to Patch 11.8. While half of the regional leagues have already finished with the crowning of new champions, this patch will serve as a transition for the metagame in the road to the MSI 2021.
New dark and dragonic skins will be launched, a new champion will make its debut, and lots of changes to jungle, mid, and top lane champions will be featured this time. Here is everything you need to know on Patch 11.8

Being a creation of the hands of Isolde, this handwoven doll used to be a great company for the beloved of the Ruined King, however its disappearance together with the power of the Ruin caused her to come to life, inheriting powers based on the tools of her creator.
Gwen, the Hallowed Seamstress will make her debut during this patch, being the second champion introduced into Viego's lore, having a diverse arsenal of attacks and abilities using her Hallowed Mist, an ancient and protective magic that has blessed Gwen's scissors, needles, and sewing thread.
You can take a deeper look into her abilities in our champions guide.

We continue with the changes to junglers, which are still very relevant in each game. This time, the main change will come from Rammus' side, which will have a new Ultimate that will allow him to become a cannonball, in addition to receiving a visual update and changes in the statistics of his abilities.
Zac will receive a damage buff from his Unstable Matter, while five champions will receive changes to their passives, making them more viable options for the jungle and bringing a radical change to the pool of champions in this role: Darius, Diana, Mordekaiser, Morgana and Zed.
Similarly, Dr. Mundo will receive stat changes which will make him transition into his main role in the top lane, while Lee Sin's Tempest cooldown will be lowered.
Several mid-lane champions will receive many buffs, with Cassiopeia's Twin Fang having a lower mana cost, an increase in damage from LeBlanc's Sigil of Malice, changes to Rumble's passives, and a reduction in the cooldown of Vladimir's Transfusion.

Finally, Aphelios' passive and Moonlight Vigil will be improved, and the cooldown of the Thresh’s Flay will be increased.

Several Mythic support items will have major stat and passive adjustments, with changes on Moonstone Renewer healing, Shurelya's Battlesong's movement speed and ability haste balance changes, and Staff of Flowing Water’s Rapids focus change, going from granting movement speed to ability haste.
To give tanks more options, the Frozen Heart armor will be increased from 70 to 80, while the Chemtech Putrifier will have changes that make it more viable for supports, while the Ionian Boots of Lucidity will receive a slight increase in its cost.
By trading important damage items, the Hextech Rocketbelt will receive adjustments to its bonus health and magic penetration, and the Titanic Hydra will have a bigger bonus damage, but will now be based on bonus health instead of maximum health.
New skins will be available with the return of the Dragon World theme, bringing three new epic-looking skins for Galio, Kayle and Twitch, and a pair of new skins based on a new dark freezing world known as Blackfrost. These will be for Sion and Vel’Koz.
As well with the debut of Gwen, she will receive a new skin based on the recently released Space Groove theme. All skins revealed will have a cost of 1,350 RP.
To finish, the 2021 Season chromas as part of the Honor 5 rewards have been unveiled, with two new dark-looking chromas for the Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick skins. These chromas will be available in the Honor 5 token store for one token each.
