We've all been there. You're duo queue with someone who just can't seem to dodge a hook to save their life. After a terrible game where they go 0-52, you block them out of nothing but pure tilt. Usually, this would be the end, but if that person happens to be a good friend, or you just regret your decision and want to play with them again, you may want that person back on your friend list.
So, if you have a list of people you rage-blocked and want to start filling up your friend list again, this is our guide on how to unblock someone in League of Legends.
How To Unblock Someone In League of Legends
Unblocking someone in League of Legends is a very easy process that takes less than two minutes.
- Open the League of Legends client and log in.
- Click the "Settings" cog in the top right corner.
- Navigate to "Block List" on the leftmost side.
- Your block list will pop up, showing all the players you have blocked on your account. Navigate to the player you want to unblock.
- Hover over this player's name and click the small "x" icon that appears to the right.
- Click "done," and if performed correctly, that player should be unblocked, and you can freely interact with them again.
Usually, muting someone in-game is enough to ward off any harassment, but sometimes toxicity spreads outside of games via constantly spamming friend requests or invitations to join a group. In cases like these, blocking is a vital resource to ensure your peace of mind. Just make sure that you definitely want to block someone before you do it to avoid having to go through the unblocking process multiple times.
