How to fix the Hulk Smashers Pickaxe not showing up in Fortnite

Fortnite fans got excited when it was announced they'll be getting rewarded by playing the Marvel's Avengers beta with some in-game loot in the battle royale, as two different pickaxes would be available, molded after Iron Man and Hulk.

The only requirement needed for players was to complete HARM challenges in the beta to qualify for the rewards. However, many started reporting the pickaxe was not appearing in their lockers once they logged in to Fortnite.

Why is the Hulk Smashers Pickaxe not showing up in Fortnite?

As of right now, it's not possible to understand what exactly went wrong with the rewards and why they're missing for some players that were able to complete the challenges, and while there is no solution worth trying as it would amount to nothing more but a waste of time, Epic has confirmed they are working on getting the pickaxe in the hands of those that are yet to receive it.

"We're aware of reports of some players not receiving the Hulk Smashers Pickaxe after completing the three HARM Challenges in the Marvel's Avengers Beta. We are working to grant the Pickaxe to these players," the Fortnite status Twitter account posted.
