Following a short downtime, Epic Games has finally released the final update of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. The latest update version is the Fortnite v21.51 update, and it's live now across all the platforms.

Fire With Fire Week
Fire With Fire Week starts from September 7 at 9 AM ET and continues until September 13 at 9 AM ET. In Fire with Fire Week, the Primal Flame Bow and Dragon’s Breath Shotgun will rise from the ashes. To coincide with these unvaults, Firefly Jars will be available at a boosted spawn rate.

You’ll be able to find Primal Flame Bows and Dragon’s Breath Shotguns from the ground and Chests. (Find Arrows from the ground and Ammo Boxes!) Firefly Jars will be findable from the ground and Chests as usual, but with higher availability.
Voice Chat Changes
With the Fortnite v21.51 update, voice settings for players under 18 are by default set to nobody. However, they can change it Everybody, Friends and Teammates and Friends Only anytime.
Cancel Purchase Feature
Cancel Purchase is available until you equip or use your purchase during gameplay. Only items purchased within the last 24 hours are eligible for Cancel Purchase.
The Cnacel Purchase string has been changed to be more descriptive:

Hold To Purchase Feature
Epic Games has introduced a hold-to-purchase feature to prevent players from accidentally spending V-bucks.
