Fortnite publisher Epic Games bi-annually releases a survey, prompting feedback from the community regarding numerous topics and features. As they pride themselves on listening to player feedback, these surveys allow them to receive valid input, which gets added in-game.
One of their recently leaked surveys depicted dozens of unreleased cosmetics to gauge players' insight on the forthcoming additions. These skins were then shared online, which saw massive feedback from the community, and some have already picked their favorites.
New Fortnite Survey Leak Unveils Unreleased Skins
A prominent Fortnite dataminer, ShiinaBR, posted on Twitter on 25th August 2022 a clean rendering of all previously unreleased skins from a Fortnite survey. While the complete number has yet to be verified, it's reported that around 73 skins accumulated over the last few months haven't found their way to the Item Shop.

These skins were just concept sketches and artworks, likely in their developmental phase, detailing some unique features and designs. Some designs are variations for existing skins, the return of bigger skins, and brand-new cosmetics altogether.
Players who want to know when these skins are expected to release will be slightly disappointed as they won't be available for the next few months. It's also possible that many of these leaked skins won't receive the final approval and, as such, won't be available from the Item Shop regardless if they do well or not.
Likewise, many have expressed their opinions online over the leaked survey skins and have made their favorite picks. One interesting comment players have made is how several skins bear futuristic/dystopian/cyberpunk aesthetics, which may be a possible tease to a future game update.

Some skins are noted for their cybernetic features and designs or possess body enhancements or body parts. While nothing has yet to be confirmed as of writing, it's still worth noting that the publisher plans a massive themed update arriving in the coming months of Fortnite.
Fortnite's next content update, Chapter 3 Season 4, is right around the corner; we don't expect any of these leaked skins to appear anytime soon. It should be intriguing to see which direction Epic Games will take regarding the overall theme, indicating which skins we're likely to expect.
Additionally, many skins will be tweaked during development, which will look vastly different from the leaks upon release. As there's still plenty of information not available to the general public, including pricing, we'll endeavor to provide more updates once more reliable information is available.
