Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is a long-awaited update but it might just be that it's been well worth it.
With a brand new crafting system, the ability to tame wild animals, and sweeping map changes that look to push the game's lore along, Season 6 looks to be a good one.
One thing that we always see each season too is a changing of the loot pool and the weapons available to players. Sometimes these are good changes, the vaulting of a semi-auto sniper performance, other times its bad changes like the vaulting of the much-loved Pump Shotgun.
And yes, we know a big reason you are here is to find out if the pump shotgun is back, so to save you any further anguish we can confirm... the Pump Shotgun is UNVAULTED.

Unvaulted weapons in Fortnite Season 6
Yes, it's back! Vaulted at the start of Season 5, which feels like an age but its a little over three months, a warped time frame that is testament to the popularity of the trusty Pump Shotgun.
But it is back and so to is the Revolver. The less said about the latter the better.
- Pump Shotgun (Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary)
- Revolver (All rarities)
It is worth noting that while the Pump Shotgun is back it has been nerfed with the headshot multiplier coming down to 1.75x.
