Fortnite Leaks Tease DOOM & Lord Of The Rings Crossover

With Fortnite's various crossovers recently bringing Dragon Ball into the fold, many fans wonder what Epic Games could introduce to the game next. But it seems we won't have to wait long to get an idea, as recent leaks have alluded to a possible DOOM and Lord Of The Rings crossover.

Fortnite Leaks Tease Potential DOOM & Lord Of The Rings Crossover

Popular and trusted Fortnite leakier MidaRado has recently let three names slide in the way of possible crossovers coming to the popular battle royal. They claim DOOM, Lord of The Rings, and Family Guy could make a possible appearance, and while there's no solid evidence from Epic Games as to the legitimacy of these claims, it's worth looking into.

The Lord of The Rings and DOOM leaks seem the most plausible, as the former appears to be teased in the game already. Resident Fortnite expert and Twitter user Shiina, has recently shared information from a Twitter user that spotted something strangely familiar to any Lord Of The Rings fans.

The Twitter user Koooooomar’ stated that they “realized what the Rock-Child is building” on the beach by Fortnite Island’s Condo Canyon POI – and its Helms Deep" the iconic last-ditch fortification used by the people of Rohan in the Battle of the Hornburg. For anyone familiar with the films, you'll know that this is very similar to the design of the castle in the film, and while it's not been confirmed by Epic Games in any way, the fact that it's here and looks so similar is telling.

The next leak that alludes to a possible DOOM crossover comes from the fact that Epic Games has just recently provided DOOM 64 for free on the Epic Games store, and recently added DOOM skins to Fall Guys. Some suspect this may be a way to market DOOM to their audience before the DOOM and Fortnite crossover comes and MidaRado even suspects the crossover to come as early as next week, but again, it's speculation until Epic Games says otherwise.

DOOM and Lord Of The Rings are the most likely franchises to be coming to Fortnite out of the three that were leaked (if Epic Games does decide to do so) as there's been no information to suggest that Family Guy could be coming either except for the post from MidaRado. And while he hasn't been wrong about leaks in the past according to Fortnite leaker HYPEX, right now it seems way more likely for both DOOM and Lord Of The Rings to grace the shores of Fortnite quite soon.
