All Security Vault Locations In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 introduced a revamped Vault mechanic where players can traverse the Island map in pursuit of vault keys. Found either as a singular key or as a pair of two keys, this will lead them directly to any of the security vaults marked on the mini-map.

There are plenty of items from weapons, throwables, and other items to be found inside these vaults, and in one case, a poor NPC is locked away behind the door. We’ve detailed all known security vault locations for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4.

Where To Find All Security Vaults In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4?

Unlike locating vault keys, the security vaults in Fortnite’s latest season have set locations scattered throughout the Fortnite Island map. However, players won’t be able to spot them immediately as they’ll only appear on the mini-map once a vault key has been acquired.

As we’ve previously detailed, vault keys can be found within Chests, as floor loot, and sometimes, inside the vaults. There are two types of vaults available in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4, namely low and high-security vaults.

These two distinct vaults are easily identifiable on the mini-map based on their icons: the first is a single lock and keyhole icon for low-security vaults. A double lock and keyhole icon will appear on the mini-map for high-security vaults.

After acquiring a vault key, all that’s left is to navigate to the closest vault nearby and be prepared to loot or at least battle with other players over the loot. Below, we’ve listed all known locations for security vaults in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4:

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Low-Security Vaults:

• Loot Lake: Go west of Coney Crossroads to Ridgeline Ranger Station to find a low-security vault and an NPC, Bao Bros, locked inside.
• Logjam Junction: Head northwest to the Seven Outpost II and go downstairs to locate a low-security vault
• Rave Cave: This low-security vault is located southwest of Rave Cave by navigating through the main building to reach the bar area. Take the door from the bar area down to spot the vault after the stairs.
• Seven Outpost V: Head to the outpost northwest of Rave Cave and find the building left from a Bounty Board before going downstairs to find the vault.
• Greasy Grove: Navigate to the Displaced Depot northwest from the Reality Tree, and destroy the garage door to find the vault.
• Tilted Towers: Locate the timber farm southwest and destroy a large wood pile to uncover the underground vault entrance.
• Shimmering Shrine: From the gas station northwest of the Shimmering Shrine POI, head west up the hill and find the vault entrance covered by bushes.
• Seven Outpost III: Travel east from The Temple POI and locate the outpost before heading inside one of the buildings to locate the vault downstairs.
• Chonker’s Speedway: Head west to find a house marked by a large boulder and a cactus before destroying bales of hays to uncover the vault hidden inside the garage.
• Seven Outpost IV: The vault can be found inside the outpost located south of Cloudy Condos.
• Seven Outpost VII: This vault is inside one of the buildings on the small island southwest of Herald’s Sanctum.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 High-Security Vaults:

• Lustrous Lagoon: at the center of this POI, take the zipline up to reach Blackheart’s floating ship, The Driftwood, and head to the bottom level to find a high-security vault. 
• Rave Cave: Take the zipline up to the Flairship blimp and climb two staircases to reach the high-security vault.
• Tilted Towers: The vault is located inside the parking lot of the No Sweat Insurance building
• ELE-VAULT I: This high-security vault is lifted off the ground north of Cloudy Condos.
