Star Wars fans have been lucky enough to see previous crossovers with Fortnite, but this may be the best one yet. After The Mandalorian arrived at the Fortnite island in Chapter 2 Season 5, Epic Games is getting set to unveil one of the most deadly bounty hunters in the Star Wars galaxy.
Boba Fett is coming to Fortnite soon, and it doesn't look like he'll be alone. A recent tease from Epic signalled a timed release to cross-promote the upcoming Disney series, Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett.
Here's everything you need to know about the Boba Fett skin, coming soon to Fortnite battle royale.
When is Boba Fett coming to Fortnite?
According to a recent post on the Fortnite socials, the Boba Fett skin will arrive at the Fortnite island on 25th December at 12:00 am BST. The poster from Epic Games features Boba Fett in his iconic bounty hunter armour, as well as Boba Fett's partner, Fennec Shand.
There is no word yet on what items exactly will feature as part of the promotion, but a skin, pickaxe, and back bling are all but guaranteed. Particularly with Boba Fett's legendary Z-6 Jetpack, Blaster, and Flamethrower.
There is no word yet on whether the Boba Fett content will be available as part of a battle pass or just a standalone bundle. Either way, Fortnite players should expect to pay V-Bucks to unlock the Boba Fett crossover items.
