Fortnite, arguably one of the biggest video games on the market, could be set to grow its collaboration library. According to Edmund McMillen, creator of The Binding of Isaac, there's been talks of bringing the classic roguelike to Fortnite.
Is The Binding Of Isaac Coming To Fortnite?
The Binding of Isaac could be coming to Fortnite. Edmund McMillen, the creator of The Binding of Isaac has stated on his Twitter account that he has been in contact with Epic Games about bringing Isaac to Fortnite. The news was revealed during a series of questions from fans.
It's not a full confirmation that the collaboration is happening, though. Edmund has stated that other collaborations that have worked with Epic Games, like one for Fall Guys, have fallen through. That means that even though steps have been made between Edmund and Epic Games, it does not mean that Isaac is confirmed to be arriving at Fortnite.
What To Expect From The Binding Of Isaac And Fortnite Collaboration
There are a lot of different things that we could expect from a collaboration between The Binding of Isaac and Fortnite. Given the art style, and Isaac's small size, it's unlikely that we'll get a dedicated skin. Though Epic have worked around such limitations in the past.
Perhaps we could get something like a Brimstone epic weapon, which could work like the Kamehameha during the Dragon Ball collaboration. Smaller cosmetic items, such as back bling, a pickaxe, and more, could also be the way to go. We will have to wait and see what the two will end up cooking together for Fortnite.
