ESO New Life Festival Event: How To Start, Quest, Rewards

ESO's annual winter event, New Life Festival, is now live with new quests, event tickets, mementos, rewards, and more. The winter event will continue until 9 January 2024 at 10 AM EST / 7 AM PT, and logging into the game until this period will grant you a 100% XP boost across all activities. 

Whether you're a newcomer or a returning player, this guide covers everything you need to know about ESO's New Life Festival, including details on how to start the introductory quest, the rewards you get for completing it, what to do with event tickets, and more. 

How To Start The New Life Festival Introductory Quest In ESO

You can start the New Life Festival introductory quest in ESO by purchasing it from the Crown Store. The quest is free to pick, and you will find it in the 'Limited Time Offers' section. 

Once you have the quest, head to Eastmarch and look for Breda in the New Life Festival tent. It's not far from the Kynesgrove Wayshrine. Talk to Breda to complete the quest and get the Breda’s Bottomless Mead Mug memento. If you unlocked this memento during last year's winter event, you won't receive it again. 

Completing the introductory quest will give you access to 10 daily quests, which you can pick from Breda and Petronuis Galenus (who you can also find in the same tent.)

Completing these quests will get you event tickets and New Life Festival Boxes.

Every New Life Festival box you obtain from completing the aforementioned daily quests will have the chance to contain the following items:

The first New Life Festival daily quest you complete every day will get you three Event Tickets. You can exchange them with Impresario at one of her special booths outside Daggerfall in Glenumbra, Davon's Watch in Stonefalls, and Vulkhel Guard in Auridon.
