The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom is the latest chapter to roll out across Bethesda's popular MMORPG. This expansion sees the arrival of some exciting new content, including the brand new Arcanist class. Players will find themselves returning to Morrowind once more, this time to explore the Telvanni Peninsula and Hermaeus Mora's Daedric realm of Apocrypha.
But a new class and map aside, players stand to earn some dazzling rewards as part of the new 12-player Trial added in Necrom: Sanity's Edge. Here, players will need to team up with other skilled adventurers and delve into mind of Vanton, a Mages Guild researcher trapped in his own mind by a Daedra called Ansuul the Tormentor.
Throughout the trek through Vanton's psyche, players will encounter a variety of dangerous foes and boss battles. Shane Slama, one of ESO's Senior Content Designers, said of Sanity's Edge:
...each of the boss battles has a unique flow and presents their own challenges. There are puzzle elements, group coordination moments, and instances of chaos that, with the proper plan of attack, you can conquer.
The danger and risk will all be worth it, though, as players stand to earn themselves all-new item sets and collectibles, found only in the Necrom Chapter.
