The fiery doors to the Portals of Oblivion have been reignited as The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) community has once again voted on the month's next batch of rewards. August 2024's Anniversary Spotlight will test players' bravery and passion by challenging "Mehrunes Dagon's realm of destruction" to claim the month's latest spotlighted reward.

Developer ZeniMax Online Studios has announced a "red-hot" reward, the Flame Atronach Pony Guar pet, that they can earn this month with a bonus reward available if they meet the requirements. This scorching hot guide explains how to get the Flame Atronach Pony Guar pet for free in ESO.

How To Get The Flame Atronach Pony Guar Pet For Free In The Elder Scrolls Online?

We've entered a new month, and developer ZeniMax Online Studios has unrolled a slew of new content and amazing rewards to claim in August 2024. Continuing its 10th Anniversary celebrations for The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), the developer has detailed its latest Anniversary Spotlight in its latest news post, which players can claim throughout the month.

This August, players will have limited time to claim the Flame Atronach Pony Guar pet reward by meeting its requirements. According to the news post, players have between 5th August and 3rd September 2024 at 7 am PT / 10 am ET / 2 pm GMT to claim this reward in-game by completing one of the following requirements:

• Unlocking the Blackwood Portal Punisher Achievement or
• Unlocking the Deadlands Portal Punisher Achievement

Both achievements have the same objective: players must enter ten Oblivion Portals and successfully destroy the antecedent catalyst devices at either zone, Blackwood or The Deadlands. While they'll receive the achievement's corresponding rewards upon completion, completing it will allow them to claim the Flame Atronach Pony Guar pet for free from the Crown Store.

The developer also added an extra reward for players to be awarded for which they must have completed the Oblivion Obliterator achievement. This achievement requires them to have entered the Oblivion Portals and defeated the bosses to unlock it and receive its related rewards.

If they have this achievement unlocked or have yet to do so, they have a limited time to complete its objective, after which they can get the Firebelly Shalk pet for free from the Crown Store. Lastly, the developer outlined the month's Login Rewards, of which players can receive some fiery items for free, including the Flame Atronach Senche-Jaguar and Luminous Ink, the latter being a valuable resource required for the Scribing system.
