Cyberpunk 2077 review embargo has been lifted and first reviews of the game are here.
And while critics are mostly praising the game's world and the atmosphere, one thing that is standing out in almost all of the reviews is that the game is unfortunately plagued with all kinds of bugs and technical issues.
So much so that many of the reviews deem the game unplayable, at least in its current state.

The game has been described as something that "feels like it's barely holding together at times" with bugs that range from minor UI issues and numerous audiovisual glitches to major bugs that require from players to restart the game, like when gameplay elements are not working properly or scripted scenes are failing to unfold as they should.
The situation is rather unfortunate, because fans have been waiting for the game to release for years, and because of many delays they have been disappointed several times this year already.
Fortunately, it seems that the game will receive a hefty Day 1 patch (called Day 0 in this case), which will be 50GB big, and developer CD Projekt RED promises that a lot of issues will be fixed with it, but they did not specify exactly which bugs and issues will be addressed with it.

Hopefully, this will at least fix the major issues that are currently preventing people from playing the game properly with it likely to be several months for the game to be "bug-free"
It is important to note that this patch only applies to the PC version of the game, as reviewers received a PC version of the game for the review, and so issues with Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox and PlayStation consoles might be completely different.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set for release on 10th December for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
