Building and crafting have become essential components of the gameplay experience, especially when establishing Clans or engaging in Purges. These structures determine how well-fortified they are when utilizing various materials like wood, steel, and bricks, which form the foundations of these structures.
Therefore, acquiring bricks is less traditional than getting wood or steel, as they have to be made using the burning flames of a kiln or furnace. We've explained in this rock-solid guide how to make and best use bricks in Conan Exiles.
How To Make Bricks in Conan Exiles
Bricks, steel, and wood are the starting foundations for crafting and, most importantly, in building and construction. Not surprisingly, players have wondered how they can get their builders’ hands on bricks, and while enemies cannot drop them in defeat, these materials can be crafted using the Charcoal Kiln or any furnace.
You will need ten Stones and have them placed inside the kiln or furnace to craft one brick, but if you need more, you’ll need to farm as many Stones as possible. As for the best locations to farm Stones, there are a handful of areas that has the highest concentrations of Stones, which we’ve listed below:
- The Jawbone (C6)
- Path of the Penitent (G13)
- Sinner’s Refuge (G4/5)
- Gallaman’s Tomb (H4/5)
When mining Stones, remember to equip farming tools like a pick to destroy nodes or to collect Stones from the ground. Nevertheless, it’s known that certain types of picks can grant you more Stones when mining, as the Steel Pick will give you more than the Stone Pick.
How To Use Bricks In Conan Exiles
As previously mentioned, bricks are primarily used for crafting and building as this material is used in establishing foundations and reinforcing wall structures. It can also be used in crafting windows, door frames, fences, gates, pillars, ramps, and stairs at the Construction Hammer.
Several other notable structures can also be made at the Construction Hammer using bricks and other materials. These structures include the Circle of Power, Dismantling Bench, Golem Workbench, Planter, and Stables, as well as improved variants of the following structures:
- Improved Alchemist’s Bench
- Improved Blacksmith’s Bench
- Improved Carpenter’s Bench
- Improved Dismantling Bench

Various blueprints, decorations, and furnishings can also be crafted using bricks but at the Artisan Table, which includes the Golem Craft Schematics used for Golem Shaping. Most importantly, bricks can be used in producing its stronger variant, Hardened Brick, which requires Stone Consolidant to be made.
