Electronic Arts have launched Apex Legends Mobile Season 1 globally on Android and iOS devices. For Apex Legends fans who also happen to enjoy mobile gaming, 17th May 2022 was a massive occasion. With the Season 1 patch notes, there come a plethora of additions and bug fixes, but there are also Apex Legends Mobile weapon/gun balance changes to be aware of.
Specifically, the developers have made several weapon/gun balance changes from the soft launch to the global launch of Apex Legends Mobile Season 1, and to stay on top of all the changes, this article has you covered.
Weapon/gun balance changes - Apex Legends Mobile S1
With the launch of Apex Legends Mobile Season 1 comes a variety of weapon/gun balance changes compared to the soft launch period.

A total of three guns have received some balance changes and even some weapon type changes in the Apex Legends Mobile Season 1 patch notes.
These include Triple Take, G7 Scout and Volt SMG. Furthermore, Fully Kitted Weapons have some new options, and Supply Drops have seen one change as well.

Triple Take changes:
- Changed ammo type to energy
- Weapon type changed to Marksman Rifle
- Can now equip energy mags and sniper stocks
G7 Scout changes:
- Weapon type changed to Marksman Rifle
Volt SMG changes:
- Damage increased from 15 -> 17
- Mag size increased to 35
Fully Kitted Weapons changes:
- Removed: Hemlok, Devotion LMG, Mozambique
- Added: Flatline, L-Star, 30-30
Supply Drops changes:
- Removed Peacekeeper
- Added Volt SMG
Alongside the weapon/gun balance changes in Apex Legends Mobile Season 1, the developer has also added a new weapon and some new gear to shake things up from the soft launch period.
- New Weapon: 30-30 Marksman Rifle.
- New Scope: 4x - 10x Thermal imaging Optic.
- New Gear: Heatshields.
- Replicators will now drop in random locations within the Ring.
