EA and Respawn Entertainment have revealed that E-District will be added to the map rotation for the upcoming ALGS Year 4 Championship, which takes place from January 29 to February 2 in Sapporo, Japan. Not only does this mark the first time the tournament will be heading to Asia, but with a new map in rotation there's sure to be some shake-ups in the competition.

E-District made its debut in Season 22: Shockwave, and is known for its versatility when it comes to strategic positioning. Players have rooftops to scale to secure vantage points, courtyards for close-quarters combat, and various hideaways for a more stealthy approach. It's a map that encourages diverse play, which we'll no doubt see in the competitive plays at the Championship.
