Depending on whether you participated in the A20 Streamer Weekend or not, the process for signing up for the 7 Days to Die A21 Streamer Weekend will be a little different.
For Returning Streamers
Streamers who participated in the A20 Streamer Weekend are automatically qualified for the A21 Streamer Weekend.
To join, just follow these steps:
- Check the 'Green Room' in the 7 Days To Die forums and click the link to the new Discord server.
- Join the Discord server.
- Change your nickname in the Discord server to your streamer name.
You won't need to further verify your information or take any further steps; your Discord invitation is your ticket to participating in the 7 Days to Die Alpha 21 Streamer Weekend
For New Streamers
If you're a new streamer and haven't participated in a 7 Days To Die Alpha Weekend before, you'll need to fulfill a few prerequisites:
- You must have at least 5,000 followers on Twitch or 5,000 subscribers on YouTube. If you stream on another platform, developers will evaluate your viewership on a case-by-case basis.
- Note that if you are partnered with Twitch - not jut a Twitch affiliate - you'll automatically be qualified to join in.
Provided you fit the requirements, you can then fill out the Alpha 21 Streamer Weekend application:
- Make an account on the 7 Days To Die forum, with your email and name matching that of the account you use to stream.
- Send 'Crater Creator' on the forum a message. Include a channel link, your language, and your country.
- Wait for a message letting you know you qualify. If you don't, you will receive a message letting you know.
- Once you're qualified, post a video (or announce in a stream) that you'll be showing early footage of Alpha 21.
- Send a private link to 'Crater Creator' with your announcement video.
- Once you're verified, you'll receive a link to the Streamer Weekend Discord server.
- Join the Discord server and change your nickname in the Discord server to your streamer name.
When Is The 7 Days To Die Alpha 21 Streamer Weekend?
The Fun Pimps have yet to announce a specific release date for Alpha 21 or for the Streamer Weekend, saying they'll release it "when it's ready." Players will get to know the date of the Streamer Weekend about one week before the event.
Developers have mentioned that the game will likely be ready for players to enjoy at some point in May, so you won't have to hold out much longer if you've been eager to get your hands on this new update.
