7 Days to Die's 1.0 Streamer Weekend will start on Friday, 21 June, at 12 PM CST featuring more than 250 different streamers from 30 countries. The event ends on 23 June, giving players three days to check out the new 7 Days to Die 1.0 content with their favorite streamers.
Many streamers participating in the event will be giving out free 7 Days to Die keys, according to the game's team, and some will be "streaming all weekend." You can check out the full list of participating streamers on the 7 Days to Die website. The list includes streamers from the UK, US, Spain, Japan, Germany, and many more, spanning 16 different languages.
For now, checking out the 1.0 update by tuning into a participating streamer's channel is the only way to check out the new content. However, the game's Public Experimental 1.0 will begin on 24 June, letting all players dive in to the game.
7 Days to Die's 1.0 version is set to release on 25 July 2024, after the game was in Early Access for around 10 years. It's also known as the "Alpha Exodus" version of the game. The 1.0 update includes new animals, a new gore system, new crops, and many more new features, optimizations, and improvements that fans have requested.
"Our thanks to everyone who will stream, everyone who will watch, and all fans of the game new and old," Sascha Elzner, 7 Days to Die's Associate Producer, wrote on the game's official blog. "We appreciate your patience and support as we prepare to finally roll out 1.0!"
