If you are a fan of Zelda games, you might be wondering how to get the Zora Greaves in the latest installment, Tears of the Kingdom. The Zora Greaves are part of the Zora armor set, including the Zora Armor and the Zora Helm. The set bonus is Swim Dash Stamina Up, which allows you to swim faster and longer in the water.
With that said, here's a complete walkthrough of finding Zora Greaves in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to Find Zora Greaves in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The Zora Greaves are not easy to find, as they are hidden in a secret cave behind a waterfall. To get them, you need to complete a side quest called “A Token of Friendship” after finishing the Water Temple.
Here are the steps that you need to follow:
- Go to Zora’s Domain and talk to Yona, who is Sidon’s fiancée. She will tell you that she has the Zora Greaves for you, but she doesn’t know where they are. She will only remember that they are somewhere in the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
- Go to the East Reservoir Lake and enter the waterworks through a whirlpool. You will need to use your Zora Armor to swim up the waterfalls inside.
- At the bottom of the waterworks, you will encounter a Stone Talus, a giant rock monster. You can either fight it or avoid it, but if you defeat it, you will get a lot of valuable ore and a luminous Stone Talus heart.
- Look for a cave behind a waterfall in the southwest of the Stone Talus. You will need to use your Magnesis rune to move some metal crates out of the way.
- Inside the cave, you will find a chest with the Zora Greaves.
The Zora Greaves have a base defense of 3 and increase your swim speed. They also look very stylish with their blue color and dragon scale design. You can upgrade them at a Great Fairy Fountain if you have the required materials.
