Traversal is integral to the gameplay experience in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Thankfully, there are several ways to traverse this gigantic open world.  Whether you want to hop on a horse or build strange contraptions, or simply use the trusty old paraglider, there's an insane amount of options available for you from the get-go. 

Since verticality is a huge aspect of this game, some thrill-seekers might be looking to explore Hyrule from above the sky. If you're one of those people, you might want to get your hands on a Rocket. Here's how to get Rockets in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

How to acquire Rockets in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

You can acquire Rockets through Device Dispensers scattered all over the map. However, not every one of these can produce Rockets. Zonai Rockets are a rare resource, and the only sure-shot way to get them is via Device Dispensers on Sky Islands. For instance, you can get them via the Device Dispenser at the Jinodok Shrine Sky Island. Its map coordinates are -1221,-1583, 1007. Occasionally, you might also find Rockets in chests and floating platforms. 

Back on the land, look for the Device Dispenser at Lake Akkala in Torin Wetland. Its map coordinates are 3796, 1559, 0090.

How to use Rockets in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

There are several ways to use Rockets in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can use the Fuse ability to equip it in one of your weapons to blow up enemies, or you can use Ultrahand to attach it to traversal tools like the Wing Glider, Hot Air Balloon, or something of your creation. 

You can also use the Rocket Launcher to help a Korok reach their friend. Just try not to blow them up, unless that's your objective.
