How to find the Nachoyah Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
After talking to Rauru in the Temple of Time, use the newly unlocked fast travel system to travel to the Room of Awakening on the southernmost side of the map.
Once you're inside the Room of Awakening, head straight, and you will notice a moving clock-like structure with platforms.
Go to the edge of the surface and jump onto one of the platforms as soon as they show up, and use the Recall ability to reach the other side of this circular structure and jump onto the platform of the structure on the other side. Use your Recall ability again and repeat the process to reach the other side of the room.
There's a tunnel on the other side. Use it to reach the entrance of the Nachoyah Shrine. You may as well use Brightbloom Seeds to light up the path.
How to Solve the Nachoyah Shrine Puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
After reaching the shrine, notice the log floating in the water. Climb onto it as soon as it comes towards you and use your Recall ability to reach the other side. Here, another log will fall from the waterfall ahead. Use the Recall ability again after boarding the log to reach the top of the waterfall and enter the next room.
Here, there's a chest at the top of a platform on the left side of the room. Use the Recall ability once again on the clockwork-like rotating structure and reach the top side to open the chest.
Proceed further, and you will come across another puzzle that requires your Recall ability to solve. There are two clock needles moving in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. The door only opens when both needs are in the same position. The trick is to use your Recall ability as soon as the needles coincide so that when you undo the ability, they start moving together. Doing so will open up the door for you. Go ahead and interact with the floating green symbol to complete the shrine and get the Light of Blessing.
