WWE 2K24 MyGM ECW Extreme Rules Guide

While there are plenty of different ways to play WWE 2K24 MyGM, players looking to snag all the trophies and achievements will spot one particularly difficult one. Unfortunately, it may be even more challenging than it appears at a glance.

Going into the Hall of Fame with ECW is a struggle thanks to the brand's unique challenges, but it's absolutely doable. We'll go over a specific strategy here that'll help you become a Hall of Fame GM with ECW even when you're playing WWE 2K24 MyGM on Extreme difficulty.

WWE 2K24 MyGM Extreme Rules Guide to ECW

For players who want all the WWE 2K24 trophies and achievements, there will be a few tied to MyGM. Most aren't too difficult to snag, but there is one that'll take a lot of work. The Extreme Rules trophy and achievement requires the following to unlock:

• Enter the Hall of Fame in MyGM in First Place while playing as ECW with Extreme AI and Game difficulties activated

That's what this strategy will focus on, as ECW comes with the unique historically accurate detail that the brand doesn't get a women's or women's tag team championship. As important as women's wrestling is, the strategic choice here is just to be sexist and pretend women don't exist. Don't draft any women to your roster, and never sign them as free agents.

This frees up your budget to focus on male superstars, and it gives you a much more flexible overall group considering the Stamina and Morale challenges of Extreme difficulty. Overall principles from the following MyGM guides are just as valuable when doing this ECW run:

You need to use Xavier Woods as your GM for this run. With the budget challenges of an Extreme save, his Cheat Code card is too valuable to pass up. Your opposing brand and GM can vary, but our run worked with Stephanie McMahon in charge of WCW. You can use a Custom Draft Pool for this, but be very careful not to mess with the balance of it too much.

How to Go into the Hall of Fame in MyGM

Ultimately once you've got the landscape set, it's time to target the Hall of Fame. This means it's critical to complete your Season Challenge every single Season to get that extra Hall of Fame trophy, but you should also be doing that for the Power Card rewards.

You don't need to pass your opponent in overall fans to seize first place until you actually enter the Hall of Fame, so it's okay to lag behind a little in the earlier seasons. Just do your best to keep booking quality PLEs and building rivalries so that the gap never becomes too significant.

Upgrading the Show Logistics for Arena is an important early priority, as this will most impact your weekly revenue. If your opponent seems to be ahead of you on budget, look at their attendance figures that week to see if they've upgraded past you and make sure not to allow them to lead there for too long.

By Season 3 or 4, you absolutely need to be close in fans and looking to pull ahead. This run culminated in Season 5, and McMahon was right on my heels with one fewer Hall of Fame trophy. You'll need consistent wins at PLEs and have to regularly build and resolve rivalries to have a chance, but believe it or not you can pull this off in one WWE 2K24 MyGM run.
