WoW Kordac World Boss Spawn Location & Loot Table — Blizzard

The hunt for the best loot is on, as World of Warcraft (WoW) players are already competing in Mythic Dungeons, the Nerub-ar Palace raid, PvP, and Delves in The War Within. There is, however, another way to get top-tier iLevel 603 loot and that's world bosses. For this guide, we'll focus on finding Kordac, the Dormant Protector.

If the image above isn't clear enough, Kordac's precise location can be found by moving just south of the city of Dornogal on the Isle of Dorn in WoW The War Within. You can also add the /way 65.0 87.6 coordinates to a map addon such as TomTom. This will hold your hand and guide you to the precise location as marked on the map above.

Barely functional or even remembered, Kordac's disrepair forces him to remain a dormant observer. Even upon detecting the void somewhere below, he was forced into inaction. But that's changed. The unidentifiable lifeforms who have arrived at the Isle of Dorn are powerful enough to potentially pose a threat to Azeroth. And so he stands against us. And so we stand against him.

Kordac drops a tonne of fantastic loot. In fact, eight pieces of armor and a ring can drop. These are 3/8 Champion Track loot in The War Within Season 1, with an iLevel of 603. A note on World Boss spawn timings: Aggregation of Horrors is the first world boss to spawn in The War Within Season 1. Since World Boss spawns rotate on a weekly basis, Aggregation of Horrors is up from 10 to 17 September and will return in the week of 8 October. At the time of writing, it is unclear when Kordac will spawn. We'll update our readers once the full WoW The War Within World Boss spawn rotation becomes available.
