If this happens, the reason behind restricting the new map from entering the unrated and competitive queues will be to give everyone a chance to get familiar with it before stepping into the competitive queues with a fair advantage. So, until Sunset hits the competitive and unrated modes, you will be able to try it out in Swiftplay and figure out different agents and strategies.
In addition to this, Breeze will also be returning to the game with massive rework, and it has been taken by most of the community pretty well, and have been waiting to play on it once it's back.
