Riot Games explains that they have decreased the XP needed for each level of Battlepass because Act 1 will be shorter than the previous one.
Nonetheless, the experience that players gain wor the round W/L XP remains unchanged, which means that the players will actually progress faster for the Act I Battlepass, and you will have more than enough time to level up and unlock everything.
Valorant's Episode 2 Act 1 Battlepass started on 12th January and the in-game timer shows that the Battlepass will end 48 days from then.
This puts the end date for Episode 2 Act 1 around 1st of March, and we can safely assume that will be the date then the Battlepass will expire.
