Valorant Masters Madrid Format
Masters Madrid will be split into two parts, the Swiss Stage and the Bracket Stage.
Swiss Stage
Swiss Stage will run from March 14 to 18, and teams have been drawn into 4 matches based on the Kickoff results. In the first round, the teams who won Kickoff will be up against the runner ups of a different region than theirs.
Teams who win the first series will move to a 1-0 bracket, and the teams who lose will be moved to the 0-1 bracket. The teams who win in the 1-0 bracket will qualify for playoffs, and the losers will move to the 1-1 bracket.
On the other hand, the winners of the 0-1 bracket will move to the 1-1 bracket, and the losers will be eliminated. Now, the two winning teams of 1-1 bracket will qualify for playoffs as well, and the losers will be eliminated.
Bracket Stage/Playoffs
Playoffs will run from March 21 to 24, in which the 4 qualified teams will be put against each other after a random draw. This stage will follow a double elimination method with each series being Best-of-Three except Lower and Grand Finals, which will be Best-of-Five series. The last team standing will earn the title of Masters Madrid Champion.
