Evil Geniuses has made the Valorant competitive scene much more exciting after the organization announced it'll be joining the community with the hopes of reaching great heights in 2021 and beyond, doing so with a mixed-gender roster.
Originally teased via a quick Twitter clip with the EG logo, Valorant fans were quick to spot that the little distortion effects were eerily similar to the ones Riot Games uses as part of the tactical shooter's brand while promoting the game on social media.
The roster, which boasts a mix of experience and promising young talent is the first mixed-gender one within the Valorant competitive scene, which has seen orgs like Cloud9 split their male and female squads into two teams, C9 Blue and C9 White respectively.
The members of the team are:
- Christine "Potter" Chi
- Nolan "Temperature" Pepper
- Aleksandar Hinojosa
- Ronan "Osias" Javelona
- Claudia "Clawdia" Che

The team is already gearing up to compete in Weekend 1 of the Valorant Champions Tour, although EG has noted that matches might not be streamed.
