Riot announced a few months ago that Valorant will have three new agents in the game. The first agent of the year was Gekko, and the next one, i.e., Agent 23, has also been announced. In the recent announcement by Riot Games, we were able to get more information about Team Deathmatch, an updated progression system, and a glimpse of the Valorant Agent 23.
Here is what we know about Agent 23 in Valorant, including their release date, name, abilities, and more.
Valorant Agent 23 Name and Release Date
As of now, Riot has not announced the name and release date for Valorant Agent 23; however, as per the leaks by ValorLeaks, it will release in Episode 7 on June 27. The next agent will be a Sentinel, and their codename could be Smokedancer or Cashew, which were leaked a few months ago and will be followed by a duelist later this year.
We can expect to have an official look at the upcoming agent on Valorant Masters Tokyo 2023 Finals day based on the previous pattern that Riot has always been following.

Valorant Agent 23 Teaser & Abilities
As of now, Riot has not revealed the abilities of the Valorant Agent 23, and all we have is their teaser. Anna Donlon, the executive producer of Valorant, announced that the upcoming Sentinels will "stop you dead in your tracks and pull you in for a closer look." There is no clarity on what this statement might be hinting towards in terms of abilities, but we will update this page as soon as we have more information about them.
