Castlevania Nocturne – Release Date, Episode List, and How to Watch

Netflix, Powerhouse Animation, and game developer Konami introduced viewers to the next adventure in the Castlevania series during the final day of the Netflix Geeked Week event. Based on the popular dark horror game series of the same name, Castlevania: Nocturne will continue the story, however, with a new protagonist, Richter Belmont.

The animated series is still in production; however, according to the announcement trailer's description, it does provide viewers a glimpse of what to expect. Castlevania Nocturne Release Date and Trailer

Netflix debuted the First Look trailer of the next Castlevania spin-off series with a release date that is still to be announced. Castlevania: Nocturne is the next animated adventure following vampire hunter Richter Belmont, a descendant of Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades from the original Castlevania animated series.

Much like Trevor, he'll have to fend off his city from the bloodthirsty creatures with the French Revolution as its backdrop. The series will also be drawing inspiration from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night as the protagonist originated from Castlevania: Rondo of Blood.

Castlevania: Nocturne – Episode list and runtimes

As of writing, Netflix and Powerhouse Animation has yet to announce the full episode release schedule and episode list for Castlevania: Nocturne. Additionally, there's no confirmation of possible runtimes for the Castlevania spin-off series; however, if we could refer to the original series and its IMDb page, it could likely range between 23-25 minutes.

With no confirmed release date, schedule, or running times, the only official piece of information points to Castlevania: Nocturne being homed on Netflix. While it could be a while until we know more about this next vampire adventure, fans can relive all the events across four seasons of the original series on the streaming service.
