"The music of the Continent awaits" fans of The Witcher as CD Projekt RED announced a musical tour based on the video game series, The Witcher in Concert. This musical tour is "a celebration of the 10th anniversary of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," of which the anniversary will take place this May.
The Polish developer released new details on this forthcoming concert, which interested parties can visit the official website for tour dates, ticket sales, cities, and more information. Additionally, the developer confirmed that the concert tour would commence at this year's gamescom event in Germany, where an inaugural performance will be held this August.
The Witcher in Concert was announced in an official post on the game's website before it was shared across their social media channels and the Discord server. According to the announcement post, this concert tour "will bring to life the open-world RPG’s timeless score with a live orchestra performance" as "select tracks from the game and its expansions will be accompanied by cutting-edge visuals and gameplay, as well as special guests Percival — co-composers of the game’s soundtrack who are known for their iconic contributions to beloved tracks."
Tickets for a seat at the concert performance go on sale on 24th January 2025 at 12 pm CET, with a pre-sale offering available to those who register for the newsletter via The Witcher in Concert site. This pre-sale will be exclusively available between 22nd and 23rd January 2025, and a pre-sale code will be mailed to subscribers so they can get their tickets early.
Thus far, a handful of European dates for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom have been confirmed for November 2025, with more details to follow. Additional dates for Poland and the North American leg will be announced on the website "at a later date" and on social media for those interested in securing their tickets.
