Developed by FNTASTIC and published by MYTONA, this open-world experience was delayed a bit due to a move to Unreal Engine 5. When Does The Day Before Release? Countdown to Launch

As mentioned at the start of this article, The Day Before was delayed from its initial release date of 21 June 2022 until 1 March 2023.

The Day Before Releasing on Consoles? All Platforms

The Day Before will release on PC first, followed by a yet-to-be-announced console release date. From the information available so far, it appears that The Day Before will only release on current-gen consoles, aka the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

At the time of writing, there is no clear indication if The Day Before will, at some point, release on PS4 or Xbox One. It does seem unlikely.

The Day Before is an open-world MMO survival experience featuring a whole lot of zombies. The game takes place in post-pandemic America, overrun by flesh-hungry infected and survivors killing each other for food, weapons, and cars. It even features social elements inspired by games like Animal Crossing.
