Best Starting Items in Phasmophobia

You'll start out with a few items in Phasmophobia the first time you open the game: an EMF Reader, Video Camera, Photo Camera, D.O.T.S Projector, Ghost Writing Book, Flashlight, Spirit Box, and UV Light. No matter what, you'll at least have this equipment on you at the start of a game unless you remove it manually from your truck.

In addition to those starter items, once you have a little bit of money, you'll want to get your hands on these tools:

• Thermometer - Allows you to check the temperature and check for Freezing Temperatures evidence. Rooms with very low temperatures tend to be the ghost room, so having at least one thermometer on hand is extremely helpful for locating the ghost.
• Sanity Pills - For long ghost hunts, your Sanity will dwindle over time. You'll need some Sanity Pills on hand to keep yourself sane and ready to find more evidence.

• Photo Camera - You can use this to take photos of evidence or ghost manifestations to make money fast in Phasmophobia.
