By adjusting the camera view to a different angle, whether you are playing in first-person or third-person mode, you can enhance your gaming experience and gain an edge in particular situations. But how will you do it?

RPG games, including No Man's Sky, usually begin with third-person mode. Follow these steps if you want to toggle the camera view in No Man's Sky:

Press 'Down' on your D-pad
Navigate to the Utilities option.
On the right, you switch between first and third-person camera views.

First-person allows you to see directly through the perspective of your character. As a result, you can directly experience the game's world through your eyes and have a more immersive experience. The third person, on the other hand, enables you to see the in-game world and your character from a distance. It provides a better field of view if compared to the first-person mode and provides a broader field of view.

However, that were a few positives of both camera styles. For the downside, the first-person mode offers less field of view compared to the third-person mode. Moreover, observing nearby elements while playing the game in first-person gets a bit tricky. When it comes to the third person, it provides a less immersive experience than the first person.
