Yes, Venom is a playable character in Spider-Man 2. You play as Venom in the game's main mission, "Don't Be Scared," when Peter brings back the symbiote to give it to Dr. Connors in the Oscorp office, but instead have a confrontation with Harry, who rejoins with the symbiote to become Venom.

Unlike Peter and Miles, Venom doesn't have a skill tree you can progress, though you do get to try a variety of maneuvers to annihilate the security at Oscorp and escape to Times Square to face off against Kraven.
